How to reduce belly fat

 


Among all the body fat belly fat is most difficult to get rid of but with the right guidance and advice to can win the battle in just 2 weeks, so let us start our journey with the pledge to lose 10 kg in 2 weeks.

 

Sleep Disorder 

 

Sleeping late in the night and then late in the morning disturbs liver function, the liver is the main organ which digests fat in our body so if it is not working properly you might face obesity and acidity very soon and due to this you will not only get fat but you also get a liver-related disease like jaundice.

 

Eating at the right time

 

You can eat high-calorie food and carbs plus fat and oily food but at the right time of the day from 6 am to 9 am but if you are eating it late in afternoon and evening then you will face obesity. This happens because our body's digestive system works best from the rise of the sun and gradually decreases as the sun is overhead and becomes worst after the sunset. So whatever you eat will remain undigested if you eat it at night.

 

Late-night hunger

  

Late-night hunger is faced by almost everyone but instead of eating snacks or sleeping just after dinner or eating a heavy dinner, you can take milk as an alternative, and also if you are heaving a heavy dinner then have it 3 hours before sleeping. Also if you can try to have a walk after dinner for a few minutes or so.


Do a heavy cardio exercise

 

If your age and body allow it always try to do 15 min of vigorous cardio exercise like running, skipping, or climbing, etc. Burn a lot of low density in fat like in thighs and belly cardio exercises are the best way to do it in little time.

 

Stay away from processed flour

 

Staying away from food prepared with processed flour like maida etc causes obesity. So try to eat bread, sandwich, or anything made with whole wheat not processed food. 

 

Stop drinking soft drinks

 

Soft drinks have preservatives and other added sugar content which makes them very unhealthy for teeth, liver, and skin, so staying away from a soft drink will prevent you to take very few calories and sugar intake will also reduce. If you want something to refresh you can always take naturally or fruits and vegetable juice (you can always make it tasty and chill) and have it with your food to add up the taste.


Eating a high protein diet

 

Eating a high protein diet like meat, soybean and pluses increase muscle and reduce fat and hanging skin. A good exercise with a balanced protein diet will help you gain strength and muscle plus your body will look toned and have a great shape.


Discipline

 

Follow a diet chart seriously and do exercise 10 mins or 20 mins or 30 mins whatever you like regularly at the same time, eat at a particular time and fix it. See in a week how it will improve your body. By doing the same thing at the same time makes your body function at an excellent efficiency with very little energy.

 

Lukewarm water  

 

Drinking lukewarm water with honey or making a lemonade (without sugar) will make your metabolism and mood boost from the morning make you very active and alert throughout the day.

 

Meditation

 

Meditating is a very good thing and lest talked about when it comes to weight loss those people who find it difficult to do exercise or follow a diet plan can equal the number of efforts just by meditating for 10-20 mins daily. 

 

Yoga

 

Although should be done with proper guidance and support, it is a great way for not just weight loss but also for mental and emotional health. Yoga combined with mediation will bear more results than exercise and dieting.

Do Plank

Although difficult will bear results quickly for those who want to reduce 2-3 inch in 5-7 days quickly. So if you want to see quick results on inch tape do a plank in 5 set at least with every set lasting for about 2 mins or at least 1 and remember NO PAIN NO GAIN.

 

Cycling

 

Cycling daily for about 30 mins will make your thigh and stomach muscle work it not also will reduce the fat stored there but will make it strong and will prevent you from other diseases.


Crunches 

 

A few set of Crunches left and right with plank will put direct pressure exactly on your waist and stomach although will be difficult for beginners but will make you look thinner in just a week, maybe you will have to buy new jeans. Start slow with 1 or 2 set because it can cause pain and then gradually you can go up to 10 sets.


Although reducing belly fat is still a dream of most people, but are they taking steps towards getting fit and active. So you have to first take an initiative to act then you can judge your results accordingly. But let start first.
