In cities, physical work is less compared to rural regions and our body is designed like that more it works better it gets.

Plus people with the right weight also feels active throughout the day and are also less prone to a disease called depression, studies show that depression is seen very less in people who do a lot of physical work and have a healthy weight.

So you all might be thinking that we all know this and we have tried a lot but we are still not getting the results we want, lots of people also complain that although after doing a lot of physical work still, they are not able to burn their body fat for ex- housewife. These complaints are right but can we conclude by all this that having a slim body is just a matter of luck and it's not meant for you.

The answer is NO

 Doing something does not get you results, doing something in the right direction and right time gives you the result. Don’t get my point below is the explanation.

 


 

Are all machines are the same? Of course not. Then how can we assume all bodies are the same and things working for one can also work for another. Secondly, not all people gain weight for the same reason so how can we tell them what to do without getting to the root of the problem.
Every age group and gender needs different methods and training to get a healthy weight and good looking body shape is I suggest you the ways which are working for a 20-year-old to a 40-year-old do you think he will get the same result as the 20-year-old? The answer is obvious No.

At this age looking good is the most common wish of every person, and overweight is the most common problem faced by them. At this age, most people face a lack of physical activity either due to office or family. People do not give their health priority as the family becomes more important. So getting overweight at this age is a very common problem faced by everyone. As most of the people do not get time to do exercise or other physical activity in the fast pace of life.

 

Age group 40-55 

 


 

 At this stage, although people accept over weighed as a part of life overweight is what we look but it has other complications like arthritis or diabetes or even increases the chances of stroke. The body also becomes stiff and rigid and doing physical activity is also not quite possible as compared to other age groups. So preventing diseases is more important rather than showing the immediate result on BMI.

 

Important:- Although most people take weight loss as a cosmetic treatment it is more than that healthy weight is although taken as a good personality but it's more than that it keeps you away from a lot of diseases you have not even imagined. If you google disease related to obesity you will find a long list of it. It is also seen in some cases that obesity is a symptom of some other disease.
